PayByCash

There is a new way to purchase Tokens for shopping in Dragon Oath! PayByCash is now offered as an alternative method of payment for Tokens for use with in-game purchases. By using PayByCash instead of PayPal, you now have six additional cash based ways of buying Tokens. These include: Ultimate Game Cards, BOKU (Mobile Phone Payments), Cash ($USD), Money Order or Cashier’s Check, Western Union Quickpay, and TravelersExpress Moneygram.

Step 1. Select a Purchase Option

On this screen you can select the method of payment along with the amount of Tokens you wish to purchase. The new addition here is "PayByCash". Select this option and click on the Next button.

Step 2. Confirm Selection with ChangYou(US).

On this page you will see a summary of what you have selected to purchase and which system of payment you will use to complete the transaction. This page is only for review and does not confirm any purchase at this time. Press “Confirm” here to continue on to the PayByCash site.

Step 3. PayByCash Options

Welcome to the heart of the PayByCash system. This is where you can choose various alternative payment methods to complete your transaction. The top two, Ultimate Game Card and BOKU are the quickest and easiest, but there are four others if neither of those meets your needs. All methods require some additional fees to complete the transaction.

Ultimate Game Card – These are a form of currency that can be purchased at various retailers around your area. Some of these stores include Target, 7-11, CVS/pharmacy, WAL*MART, RITE AID, Winn Dixie, and others. These cards contain a PIN # that you enter through PayByCash to make purchases.

BOKU – Pay by Mobile (Mobillcash). This method is the quickest, allowing you to use your SMS enabled mobile (cell) phone to make the purchase. The charge will show up on your mobile phone bill as a premium SMS message.

CASH – Good old fashioned US Dollars. Send this by mail, and it will be credited to your account with PayByCash upon receipt. They will then confirm your payment with ChangYou (US), and your Tokens will be made available to you. Not fast, but it gets the job done. Expect up to one week for this process.

Money Order or Cashier’s (Bank) Check – Send this by mail, following the same process as with cash. Unlike cash, you will have a receipt for your money order or cashier’s check as a means to track your purchase. Expect up to one week for this process.

Western Union ‘QuickPay’– This is quicker than mail but requires a trip to your local Western Union location. They will pay PayByCash immediately, and PayByCash will process the payment the same day it’s received. You should have Tokens credited to your account within one business day.

TravelersExpress ‘MoneyGram’ – Just like Western Union, this is quicker than mail, and more secure. Visit your local TravelersExpress location to complete this transaction. You can expect Tokens in your account within 1 business day.

Step 4. PayByCash Balance & Selecting Payment Method

If you had a balance left over from a previous PayByCash purchase, be sure to select "Click Here" when given the opportunity to use this balance. See screenshot below as an example. If selected, your balance will be credited against the final price of this transaction.

Select a method of payment by clicking on the button next to a payment type. Once you have made your selection, click on the “Continue” button to proceed.

Step 5. Confirming Your Information

Once a method of payment is selected, you will be prompted to enter some personal information. This is used for sending you a receipt and tracking your purchase for future reference. You will see the order information on the right side of the screen confirming your ChangYou (US) account name and ChangYou.com as the service that will receive the payment. Your payment and account information is automatically processed by PayByCash and sent to ChangYou (US) to ensure your purchase is credited to the correct account.

Step 6. Enter Payment / Ultimate Game Card Details

This is the step that makes the final payment. In our example, we are using the Ultimate Game Card to complete this purchase. If another method is used, you will receive additional instructions to follow in order to complete the transaction. Keep in mind, any mail based payment methods will not be credited to your account immediately and may take up to a week to complete.

On this page, in the box shown, enter the PIN # found on the back of your Ultimate Game Card, then click the "Continue" button.

Step 7. Finalize the Purchase

On this page you will be given one last chance to review your purchase details before the payment is made. Once confirmed, click on the "Make Ultimate Game Card Payment" button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 8. Final Step

PayByCash will show you a receipt page, confirming the details of your transaction. You should now go back to the ChangYou (US) Payment page to review this transaction. Look for the "Final Step: Return to ChangYou.com Website" link and click there to be redirected back to ChangYou (US).

Step 9. Completed Transaction – Confirmation from ChangYou(US).

You should now be looking at the ChangYou.com confirmation page. Here you will see the details of your transaction with PayByCash, including the number of Tokens Purchased and any Bonus Tokens if available. There is an additional link available with the details of your transaction, should you want to review them at a later time.
