1.If your Tokens failed to be directly deposited into your account, Go to: http://cde.us.changyou.com/query/query_index.jsp
2.You will need Login to your account .
3.You will need to answer the security question and answer you chose when you created your account.

4.Search for the time in Date of your failed purchase.  .


5.Once you find the transaction, click on more details to get the token card code and pin number, and to the "click here" page.
