Why does Dragon Oath reject my Account ID?
Dragon Oath will reject the creation of a Account ID if it:
1. The Account ID contains less than 5 characters or more than 16 characters.
2. The Account ID contains invalid characters. Only alphabetical, i.e. a-z (both upper- and lowercase), numerical, i.e. 0-9, characters and the separator "_" are acceptable.
3. The Account ID has already been registered by an existing Dragon Oath user. You could try to use the separator or numerical characters: mygame_2009, change the order, or use some simple words such as ilovemygame.
Once you confirm your account registration, you cannot change your Account ID after completion.

How to make my password safe?
Passwords are used to for account security, in order to ensure a safer password, avoid using numbers such as your birthday, home number or mobile number. Never use personal information to be your password such as your name. We suggest you use a combination of upper- and lowercases, numbers, and characters such as wish94XW! to be the password.

How do I retrieve my Account ID?
You are required to provide your Account E-mail address upon registration. If the E-mail address is tied to a valid Dragon Oath account, an E-mail will be sent with your Account ID.

How do I retrieve my password?
You are required to provide your E-mail address during registration. An E-mail will be sent to you with a link. Click the link to verify your identity. With your birthday or the answer to the security questions, you could reset your password after providing a new one.

What is security information?
Security information includes your first & last name, security questions, and its answer. Please ensure that the information is real and valid for the maximum of safety. Once the information is confirmed, you could never view or change it. So please fill in the information truthfully and keep it safe, as users will be responsible for any dispute caused by fake information.

What can the Account E-mail do?
After completing the registration process, you need verify your identity with the Account E-mail to complete the registration process. Besides, you are able to retrieve your Account ID and password with the E-mail address.
